As you may know from Instagram stories, I spend Thanksgiving in Disney World - Orlando, FL with my in-loves – specifically my 7 month old niece and 7 year old nephew. This was my first time going with kids and a large family, so I knew things would be a little different. I wanted to share some of our experience, in hopes it will help you with your next trip with the kiddos (and of course I'll share my outfits, too!) Off-Site StayAfter comparing the on-site options vs off-site options, we decided it would be best for our group to stay in a house off-site. Not only did we save money this way, but we were able to part ways at the end of the night and have some space to ourselves – which I think is key when you will be with a large group of people with multiple personalities for a whole week. I am linking our Airbnb here! It was perfect. Plenty of space, fun themed rooms, private heated pool and spa, and stroller available to use. Our hosts were great and accommodating and the furthest park was only 20 minutes away! Disney with Kid

WARDROBEOkay, now for the fun part! Madame de la Grande Bouche would be so proud. I put a lot thought into my outfits for places like Disney! I started with a planner/binder and printed off these planner sheets I made. Then I made outfit mood boards. Some might call it "extra", but it helps me keep from overspending on all the things out of excitement. It helps keep me focused on what I already have and what I still need to purchase. Check out my outfits for each park below! *I originally had all shorts or tanks and then a week before the trip Mother Nature changed her mind and got cold, so I had to replan all of my outfits and take back up options, but thanks to my planner, I was able to quickly make these changes to my wardrobe. Road TripDisney is about an 8 to 10 hour drive from where I live, so to make the trip a little more fun, I made my husband and I matching shirts for the car ride. Since we were going with family, mine said "happiest aunt on earth" and my husband's said "happiest uncle on earth". I order this adorable hat from Etsy and paired the tee with a cute ruffled sweatshirt and shorts. I usually dress comfortable for car rides and in layers so that I don't get too cold or too hot, especially when traveling with several people who like different temperature levels! *I added emojis out of privacy of my family. Thank you for understanding. First Stop – Epcot
Next Up – Animal Kingdom
My Favorite - Magic Kingdom
Last Stop - Hollywood Studios
Back to RealityThe trip went by so fast...but it was full of family bonding, laughter, a *few* baby cries, and so much FUN! We are already talking about going back and I can't wait! I hope this helps anyone who is planning an upcoming trip to the happiest place on earth whether it be with littles, a girls getaway, honeymoon, or just a fun trip with your favorite people...WDW, we'll "see ya real soon!"
Xoxo, Kass

xoxo, Kassidy If you're like me, then you have to have a new outfit for every occasion. When the holidays roll around, I always think about my childhood memories and traditions our parents instilled in me. Thanksgiving, Christmas, and Easter outfit shopping is one of those memories. In the beginning of October, I start shopping for a Thanksgiving outfit! Being an Alabama girl, I always plan a warm weather and cold weather outfit because the weather can change over night. LOL. I have rounded up my favorite Thanksgiving outfit ideas below! PonchoThe All In Rust Orange Striped Tunic is the perfect outfit to look "put together", but comfy! I personally own this poncho and it's definitely a great option! It pairs perfectly with skinny jeans or leggings and boots, which is how I would style it. This poncho worn with leggings would be the perfect pair to hide the food baby and to feel more free after the feast. Plaid TopThe Mocha Plaid Square Neck Blouse screams Thanksgiving! This top is flirty and fun. It's on my wish list! Between the plaid and the ruffle sleeves it will definitely be a go to all season long and one that can be worn time and time again! It pairs perfectly with skinny jeans and booties, which is how I would style it, or dress it up by tucking it into a skirt with knee boots. It's perfect for warm and cooler weather! Use my code FFS15 for 15% off your entire purchase! Short Sleeve Sweater + Leather ShortsThe Ruffle Sleeve Turtleneck sweater screams FALL! This top is girly and fun! The ruffle sleeves are the perfect unique detail that make this sweater a must have. This sweater can be styled endless ways, to list a few... -Leather shorts + chunky boots -Faux leather leggings + chunky boots -Skirt with knee boots -Skinny jeans + Jacket + Western Boots -Mom Jeans + booties It's perfect for warm and cooler weather if worn with leggings or jeans with a jacket! Traveling is in full swing especially after a whole year of not being able to go anywhere! December 2019 my husband and I went to St. Lucia for our honeymoon and that was our last vacation until December 2020 when we celebrated our 1 year anniversary in Disney (had to stay local and we are kids at heart). I feel like we have travelled so much more this year than we usually would, but I am not complaining. We have been to Atlanta, GA, Myrtle Beach, SC and Asheville, NC as well as several local weekend beach trips and I am loving it!! I absolutely love to travel – something about exploring new places and planning outfits sparks joy for me and with traveling back on everyones summer agenda, I wanted to share a few of my favorite travel necessities! 1. PACKING CUBES - these packing cubes are so cute and come in several pattern options. They also come in so many different sizes and it makes for easy packing and saves so much room. I love that they come with a few laundry pouches for dirty clothes, too! (Usually if where I am staying has a laundry room, I will wash majority of the clothes so that I don't have to wash them when we can back and can just out them away). 2. FASHIONABLE BACKPACK PURSE - It doesn't matter what kind, but it's important that it is collapsable and lightweight, which is why I love this designer dupe checkered backpack. Not only does this one have the backpack straps, but it also has a shoulder strap and can double as a shoulder back if needed. I always opt for something light when flying. I use it as my purse and fits inside my carry-on duffle, plus has plenty of room for everything. When going to Disney or any amusement park, you'll be happy you decided to bring a backpack along for the ride! 3. STAINLESS WATER BOTTLE - With my full time job being in graphics at a marketing and promotional products firm, I have tried them all that are on the market and hands down will choose corkcicle every time! This particular one comes with a screw on lid with straw (which can be purchased separately if you want to add one to a corkcicle canteen you already own). What I love about this one is - it really holds ice like it says it does, the slim bottom allows it to fit in most cupholders, the lit has a ring on the top that flips up and can clip to any bag, and they come in so many fun colors/patterns! LOVE this product and wouldn't recommend traveling without one! 4. INTERCHANGABLE SANDALS - Everyone knows females can naturally pack way too many shoes – guilty! I always have to pack so many shoes because I never know what I am going to wear. My sisters gave me these monogramed interchangable sandals at a bridal shower as a honeymoon gift and they were absolutely perfect! It's only one pair of shoes, but the top part is velcro and can change out to match all of the outfits you packed + they are super flat so they pack really well and don't take up a lot of room. They are absolutely adorable with the detail and they definitely got their use this year with all of our mini beach trips and saved me so much room in packing! While I would obviously need a few more options if going somewhere for a whole week, these still cut down on the packing, save room in your suitcase, and perfect for those mini weekend summer trips! Now I just need some boots that do this for the winter - haha! 5. NEOPRENE TOTE - This is the most perfect travel tote/purse for road trips! The neoprene tote bag fits sooo much stuff, packs flat, and with the neoprene material it can be used as a beach or pool tote or gym bag if you are in to keeping up with your fitness regimen while on vacation! I always pack mine full of road trip essentials like my AirPods, ipad, snacks, chargers, etc. It also makes a great stylish and casual diaper back or if you are like me and hate carrying your nicer or designer bags when you're dressed in active wear from head to toe, I just take my organizer out and plop it into this tote and go! I hope this helps you when packing for your next trip and if you are headed out any time soon, I hope you have a fun and safe trip!

XOXO, FFS Hey y'all, Kam here! I wanted to do a round-up of a few of my everyday favorites. These are all high quality items I have found myself using every day the last few months.
To start, the Billie razor is literally the BEST. I questioned the hype before, but I have been using this razor brand for over a year now, and it has not let me down. It is a subscription which includes a razor handle, razor holder, and new razor blades each month! You can even customize how often you get new blades based off how often you shave. With this razor, I have not experienced any razor burn and it has cut my shaving time in half! You can also add a travel case to your order for only $5, making the first-time payment total of $15, which is a steal. To be honest, the travel case is a must have if you travel a lot like I do. The next item I find myself using every day is the Tarte shape tape concealer. I have seen reviews in which people have issues with this concealer cracking around their eyes, but I truly feel this is due to not using moisturizer with their makeup. I have used this concealer with moisturizer for over half a year, and I have not experienced any cracking around my eyes! It is my go to concealer because of the coverage and high quality. I usually get it when it is on sale! FFS tip, buy the travel size if you just want to test it! One of my all time go-to products that I reach for every single day are my Burt’s Bees Lip Shimmer! This is chap-stick that gives you a little shimmer and color on the lips. I love them because they are not sticky like lip gloss, but give a similar effect. Also, the peppermint oil in the lipstick gives a nice cooling feel to the lips after applying, similar to the way peppermint oil feels on the skin! The colors look a little different on than they do on the packaging, and I can assure you they are all very pretty. Definitely a product that I love using and will continue to use for a long time! Another favorite product I have come to love is the Revlon Volumizing Hair Brush. I have found myself using this every day to dry my hair! I love it because I have naturally flat, but wavy hair. This brush has given my hair back its bounce and volume! Most hair dryers take forever to dry my hair, but I have found this volumizing hair brush dries my hair anywhere between 7-10 minutes, which is impressive! Next up are some Amazon hair ties I found from another blogger! They the BEST Gimme Beauty dupe I have come across, and they never fail to keep my hair up. If you’re anything like me, you stay losing your hair ties, and that can get rather pricey fast. Good news! These Amazon hair ties come in a pack of 50 for only $7, with free shipping, which is still cheaper than a 9 pack of Gimme Beauty hair ties for $12, plus shipping. The final thing I have found myself reaching for is my Kitsch face masks. I never thought I would say a face mask would be one of my daily essentials, but here we are. These masks are very breathable for an extended period of time. I usually wear mine while in class. They come in so many cute patterns, and you get 3 for $12.99. Usually this is what you would pay for one really cute mask, so this is a decent deal. I will advise that, if you end up purchasing, to alternate between wearing these masks. I have found that if you wear them for a long period of time and do not wash again before wearing, they can seem damp from breathing. Overall, these masks are very comfortable and my mask acne breakouts are not nearly as frequent! These are just a few products I find myself using everyday. I have found them each to be great quality and totally worth the money! If you have any questions, feel free to email us at [email protected] or direct message us on Instagram on our page @fashionfluentsisters! Also, Remember to follow us on the free LiketoKnow.it app at @fashionfluentsisters for other our everyday favorites, sale finds, daily deals, and more! XO, Kam Hey y'all! Since I recently got married and have reversed roles in helping my bestie with her upcoming special day, I figured I would share some bridal fashion and some tips I used for finding the best deals on some white attire! If you're like me, "all white" isn't exactly "my color", so as soon as wedding events started creeping up, I found myself needing to add white to my closet color palette. Here a few quick tips that helped me find the best deals! Quick Tips:
SUMMER SALES If your wedding date and time frame allows for it, white becomes the "in color" around March. It is a popular look for Easter and spring as well May graduations. With this being said, Summer is a great time to find all of the white ensembles for great prices - especially dresses! I got married in December and we had a rather long engagement, so shopping the Summer sales was a great chance to stock up on shower dresses! A few places to shop Summer sales for white attire are: OUTSIDE THE BOX For years it has always been standard for the bride to dress in white throughout her engagement for any wedding related event. This is simply because guests often know that the solid color white or ivory is reserved for the bride-to-be and allows for her to standout in the crowd and in pictures, but all white is not the only way to stand out as the bride. These days there are so many ways to establish you are the bride such as sashes, corsages, floral pins, and even hair accessories, so if you want to rock that floral or tiffany blue dress, go for it! I promise you will not go unnoticed as the bride just because you didn't stick to standard. Besides, it can be fun to be outside the box sometimes! Here are some examples of out of the box bridal attire and you can shop some of these looks HERE: HONEYMOON CRUNCH TIME As soon as I knew where we were going for our honeymoon, I began shopping all the sales I could! I knew I wanted a few white swimmies as well as some cute coverups. I needed some nicer dinner outfits, too! My sisters gave me the cutest honeymoon gifts set with monogram interchangeable sandals! They were the perfect shoe to pack because they didn't take up a lot of packing room! Unfortunately, the exact pair have been discontinued, but these are the same "idea" of getting several different looks and more room to pack! Again, if going somewhere tropical, try to hit up those summer sales and if you're going somewhere a little chillier, hit up the end of winter sales! Here a few places I shopped for Honeymoon attire:
DOUBLE-DIP IT, GIRL Don't be afraid to double-dip some outfits! Chances are your new hubby hasn't seen you in any of your shower dresses or bachelorette outfits, not in person at least. This creates the perfect opportunity to wear some of those favorite outfits again and for your new hubby - Especially if your bachelorette and honeymoon are similar environments. Luckily for me, both were at the beach so I was able to get double the wear out of a lot of my swimmies, coverups, and outfits! You can always mix and match accessories to create a whole new look and no one will ever know! In the shortest and quickest way possible, these are my main key tips to bridal fashion leading up to the big day! Whether you're a bride yourself or a part a special person's festivities, I'm glad you're here and I hope you found some of my personal experience tips helpful and helped make the fashion side of things a little less stressful! XOXO, Kam We are THRILLED to shared a big milestone we hit this week. We have landed our first two discount codes!!! We could not be more excited about the opportunity we have been given by two of our fave small businesses. It means so much to us that they gave us a discount code to share and that they see potential in our blog. Starting something new is always hard to do, but when you hit a milestone it makes the hard times worth it. Anyway, I didn't want to make this too long, just wanted to share a little about each store, our discount code, and a BIG thank you to both owners for allowing us to promote your stores.
